What should you expect to spend on your wedding planning service?
Based on the national wedding planning organizations and training programs, it is suggested that couples spend no more than 12-14% of their overall budget on wedding planning/coordination services.
The Savvy Bride is considered a Mid-range wedding planning service company in the St. Louis market. Our services range from $2,250 to $8,000, with our average clients booking between $3,000 - $4,200 in services.
Please review the starting prices and use the 12-14% formula to determine if The Savvy Bride will fit your wedding budget. The Savvy Bride charges a flat fee for services and not a percentage fee scale. This means the price you see is the price you will pay unless additional services are added or your wedding falls into any listed "extra fee" charges.
Basic Wedding Coordination
Book up to 12 months (12) before the wedding date.

Access to your coordinator begins when you sign your contract via email for questions and advice as you continue planning. With access to our planning software and a complimentary Zoom meeting to kick off your planning journey, Wendy will show how you can track your progress and manage RSVPs, seating, and your budget as you go forward and track your progress with two additional Zoom meetings to use as you like.
Two months before your wedding, we will take the lead to ensure your day goes
perfectly. To kick off your “two-month mark,” you will have a complimentary meeting with
your coordinator to review every detail of your wedding day. One-month prior to your
wedding day, your coordinator will collaborate with your vendors to make sure each one has
their timeline and information for the day.
Your coordinator will assist with your rehearsal (up to an hour.) On your wedding day (up to
8 hours) your lead coordinator and their assistant will be there to oversee the setup of your
the venue, ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, assist guests during the transition to the reception,
ensure your timeline is followed, and gather your décor and gifts to send home.
Maximum of 150 guests, and a single venue for ceremony and reception.
Additional fees for multiple event locations, guests over 150, tent or non-managed venue locations (outdoor parks, etc.), or more than 50 miles outside St Louis City.
Additional hours available up to max. 10 hours

Premiere Wedding Coordination

Suggested Minimum Wedding Budget: $30,000
Your wedding coordination begins with signing your contract and through our shared professional planning software access. Your lead coordinator will help keep an eye on your progress, assist you in creating your timeline, reception floor plan, and ceremony procession order, send you task reminders, and offer advice & inspiration throughout your entire planning process. Couples will receive six (6) Zoom planning meetings to review your planning
progress and answer any questions and one (1) in-person detail meeting at the two-month mark.
Two months before your wedding, we take the lead and collaborate with your wedding vendor team to wrap up the details and create a personalized printable "wedding playbook" for your full wedding party. On your wedding day, we will ensure your timeline runs smoothly, set out your décor items, assist vendors with timeline and logistics questions, and ensure your wedding party and family can relax and enjoy the day.
Your Coordinator will run your rehearsal (up to an hour)
Your Coordinator and their assistant will oversee your wedding day (up to 10 hours.)
Additional fees for guest counts over 225, multiple ceremony & Reception locations, tent or non-managed venue locations (outdoor parks, fields, etc.), or more than 50 miles outside St Louis City.

"Wedding Planning Lite"

Our "Wedding Planning Lite" takes typical coordination one step further as Wendy, our lead planner, will guide you through every step of your planning process with checklists, design advice, floor plan creating and guest seating, as well as "Preferred Vendor Matching",
Your Wedding Planning Lite begins when you sign your contract. Through our shared professional planning software access, we can help monitor your progress, send you reminders, answer questions, and offer advice throughout your entire planning process. Still looking for that perfect vendor in your budget, we can suggest some of the most amazing professionals in town, saving you hours of research. PLUS, Bi-monthly Zoom meetings (every two months) to keep you motivated and on track. Finally, you choose three (3) in-person “planning” appointments to be used for walk-throughs, vendor meetings, or whatever else you need, and a final in-person meeting to go over details two months before your wedding.
Two months before your wedding, we take the lead and collaborate with your wedding vendor team to wrap up the details and create a personalized printable "wedding playbook" for your full wedding party. On your wedding day, your only focus is making memories with family and friends.

Partial Wedding Planning

Our partial-planning package features full-day wedding coordination and our wedding planning software in addition to bi-monthly Zoom meetings and up to four (4) personal consultations which can be used for vendor meetings, decor shopping, walk-through's, tasting's or whatever else you need during the planning process as well as our most popular planning services listed below.
Wendy will lead your rehearsal for up to one hour. On your wedding day, Wendy and her full-day assistant will be present on your wedding day for up to twelve (12) hours in addition to a partial-day assistant for up to eight (8) hours.
Wedding Design & Budgeting
Wendy will create a mood board for the overall look and feel of your wedding decorDécor research to offer the most budget-friendly options while maintaining your wedding style. Wendy will work with your venue to design a beautiful and efficient floor plan for your ceremony and reception.
Wendy will help you allocate and manage their décor expectations and budget requirements, and then will research and create a decor rental inventory to ensure you order just what you need.
Vendor Selection Assistance
Wendy will narrow your selections based on your desire, wedding size, and budget to find the perfect vendors for your wedding. She will provide a vetted short list of vendors that match your needs and budget.
Wendy schedules up to three vendor appointments/tours/tasting's for each category, then mediates and reviews contracts to ensure industry standards.

Your wedding planner will lead your rehearsal for up to one hour, and your planner and assistant will be present on your wedding day for up to twelve (12) hours, and a partial-day assistant for up to eight (8) hours.

Design of stationary look, material sourcing, and custom printing options. Work with stationary artists and printers to order, ship, and handle the delivery.
Wedding Website Management & RSVP Tracking
Wendy will assist the couple in creating their wedding website and manage and update the website throughout the planning process as information becomes available.
Wendy will set up online tracking and manage mailed RSVPs (*requires RSVPs mailed to our office). Manage Guest meal choices, mobility, and dietary needs.
Rehearsal Dinner Planning and Assistance
We will narrow your selections based on your desire, wedding size, and budget to find the perfect venue for your wedding. We will vet and provide a venue shortlist, schedule your consults, and review contracts. We will staff the event for up to 4 hours to cover set up decor, manage the event, and strike and load personal items for transport to home or the following day's events.
