What should you expect to spend on your wedding planning service?

Based on the national wedding planning organizations and training programs, it is suggested that couples spend no more than 12-14% of their overall budget on wedding planning/coordination services.

Revel & Wonder Weddings is a Mid-Range wedding planning service company in the St. Louis market. Our services range from $3,500 - $7,000 coordination/planning services with our average clients investing between $4,000 - $6,000 in their planning journey.

R&W does not offer full-planning services.

Wedding Day Management

BOOK UP TO 10 MONTHS BEFORE WEDDING DATE

  • You plan, and we execute the day so you can be in the moment.

  • The wedding date  & and venue must be confirmed before booking this package.

  • Suggested Minimum Wedding Budget: $30,000

  • The standard package is 200 guests and a single venue for ceremonies and receptions.

  • Custom pricing is available for multiple event locations, guests over 180, tent or non-managed venue locations (outdoor parks, etc.), or more than 50 miles outside St. Louis City.

  • Additional hours available up to max. 12 hours

WHAT TO EXPECT

Access to your coordinator begins six months before your wedding day via email for questions and advice as you continue planning.  We start with a complimentary Zoom meeting to kick off your planning journey and set you up for success. You will have another Zoom meeting at six months to review your planning progress. 


We will take the lead two months before your wedding to ensure your day goes perfectly. To kick off your “two-month mark,” you will have a complimentary Zoom meeting with your coordinator to review every detail of your wedding day. One month before your wedding day, your coordinator will collaborate with your vendors to ensure each one has their timeline and information for the day.


Your coordinator will assist with your rehearsal (up to an hour.) On your wedding day (up to 8 hours) your lead coordinator and their assistant will be there to oversee the setup of your the venue, ensure the ceremony runs smoothly, assist guests during the transition to the reception, ensure your timeline is followed, and gather your décor and gifts to send home.

Wedding Coordination

BOOK UP TO 14 MONTHS BEFORE WEDDING DATE

  • The wedding date must be confirmed before booking this package.

  • Suggested Minimum Wedding Budget: $40,000

  • The standard package is for a Maximum of 250 guests

  • Custom pricing is available for additional guest counts, multiple event locations, tent or non-managed venue locations (outdoor parks, etc.), or more than 50 miles outside St Louis City.

  • Additional hours available up to max. 14 hours

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our "Wedding Coordination"  offers couples the opportunity to work one-on-one with Wendy from start to finish. Wendy will guide you through every your planning process with checklists, design tips, venue layouts, and guest seating, as well as "Preferred Vendor Matching,"​

Your wedding coordination journey begins when you sign your contract. Through our shared professional planning software access, Wendy can help monitor your progress, send you reminders, answer questions, and offer advice. Are you still looking for that perfect vendor in your budget? Wendy can suggest some of the most amazing professionals in town, saving you hours of research. PLUS, Six Zoom meetings will keep you motivated and on track and can be scheduled based on when you need them, and a final in-person meeting to go over details two months before your wedding. Finally, you choose up to two (2) in-person “planning” appointments for walk-throughs, vendor meetings, or whatever else you need.

Two months before your wedding, Wendy will take the lead and collaborate with your wedding vendor team to wrap up the details and create a personalized printable "wedding playbook" for your full wedding party. On your wedding day, your only focus is making memories with family and friends.


Wendy will run your rehearsal (up to one hour) and oversee your full wedding day (up to 12 hours with her main assistant, PLUS a second day-time assistant for 5-6 hours)

Partial Wedding Planning

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our "Partial Planning" service offers couples the opportunity to work one-on-one with Wendy from start to finish. Wendy will guide you through every part your planning process. This Service features full-day wedding planning our planning software in addition to monthly Zoom meetings with Wendy and up to four (4) personal consultations, which can be used for vendor meetings, decor shopping, walk-throughs, tastings, or whatever else you need during the planning process as well as our most popular planning services listed below. Wendy will lead your rehearsal for up to one hour. On your wedding day,  Wendy and her Assistant will be present on your wedding day for up to twelve (12) hours in addition to a partial-day assistant for up to eight (8) hours. 

WEDDING DESIGN & BUDGETING 

  • Wendy will create a mood board for the overall look and feel of your wedding decorDécor research to offer the most budget-friendly options while maintaining your wedding style. Wendy will work with your venue to design a beautiful and efficient floor plan for your ceremony and reception.

  • Wendy will help you allocate and manage their décor expectations and budget requirements and then will research and create a decor rental inventory to ensure you order just what you need.

VENDOR SELECTION ASSISTANCE

  • Wendy will narrow your selections based on your desire, wedding size, and budget to find the perfect vendors for your wedding.  She will provide a vetted list of vendors matching your needs and budget. 

  • Wendy schedules up to three vendor appointments/tours/tastings for each category, then mediates and reviews contracts to ensure industry standards.

WEDDING CEREMONY CREATION ASSISTANCE

Wendy will assist with building the wedding ceremony, including choosing prayers, readings, and vows. She will walk you through the needed elements of the ceremony and etiquette guidelines and assist with procession and recession music selection.

    R&W will collect and manage the guest RSVPs and track the list, including meal selections and special dietary needs. Tracking includes traditional RSVP cards and website collection methods. We will follow up with guests on missing RSVPs. *Requires client to provide phone and email for each guest household for follow-up. *Requires RSVP cards to feature the Revel & Wonder mailing address.
